Fall came again as a surprise, as it always does for me. So now I’m in a hurry knitting hats, scarfs, mittens, etc, and of course they’re needed right now (except mittens).

Needles: US 4 / 3,5mm and US 6 / 4mm
Botanic Hat. This pattern is so clever and I enjoyed knitting this hat enormously. And you’ll get two hats, kind of, because you can wear them either side out. I love how the stripes developed like magic inside the hat when knitting. I used thinner yarn and smaller needles to get a child-sized hat.
Baktus number two, for younger daughter. Nice to knit, although not as addictive as it was for the first time, but that’s usually the case with me. Hard to get excited of the same pattern twice. Yarn was gorgeous, soft, wonderful to knit, felt good on skin. Perfect for a child. I can handle itchy scarfs too if they’re otherwise beautiful, but children usually can’t.
