All my pattern sales are provided by third-party services, Ravelry, Loveknitting and Twist Collective. I don’t collect any email addresses at any point, the patterns are sent out automatically by these service providers.
In more detail:
Sales through Ravelry: I receive a copy of each download email that has been sent out to the buyer after the purchase. I don’t open or store these emails, they are deleted.
Sales through Loveknitting and Twist Collective: I don’t receive any information about who has purchased the pattern. I only receive the information about the total amount of patterns sold and my earnings.
Sales through my website by clicking the ”buy now” button on pattern page: If you buy a pattern from my website, the sales process is exactly the same as if you would buy the pattern from my Ravelry store, handled by Ravelry.com.
All payments are processed through Paypal.
I keep the following data only for the duration of the test knitting process (starting when I send out the pattern and ending when I send out the final patterns via Ravelry): your Ravelry nickname and your email address. I don’t use these email addresses in any other way, they are only used to send out the pattern and possible updates during the test knitting process.
Customer support email:
When you send me an email, I store these emails within my email provider. These emails are never shared with anyone. They are only to keep a record of our discussion in case further assistance is needed.
